We made a visit to The Photograpic museum in Stockholm. Saw three great exhibitions.

 Andy Warhol as a woman. This gives me inspiration to continue reading all of my artbooks from college. I love modernism and all the -ism that came with it. Specially surrealism.

Fashion photography through time. 1920-2010. I got so much ideas. Just want to start taking photos right away.

Nils Petter Löfstedt is the artist, "The Pier" (Piren) is his work. This is a wonderful street art. Two guys are building a room under a pier. This idea is so out of the lines, so freaky and so good! You'll see the whole process on a documentary video.

I wanted a souvenir. Reproductions of his works.. as a deck of cards.

Dear Zara

Thank you for my new shoes. I love them. It was love at first sight. My fiancé saw them first and he knew that it will be an everlasting relationship between me and the shoes. I know that I will have abrades and sore, it will hurt and I'll be halting. But I'll be looking gorgeuos and having a lot of fun in them.

Special occassion in November! This is the dress I'm going to wear.

It would have been nice with a pair of brown high heeled shoes in suede, like one of these.

But it will probably be my black silky high heeled shoes with peep toe and a "ribbon-like" front.

I'm wearing the dress together with a black thin tights, because it's cold, and a black blazer (I know, so much black..). Sophisticated, modern and chic.

Fashion Illustration

My absolute favorite fashion illustrator in Sweden is Stina Wirsén. Her aquarelle technique is exellent. I adore her new thinking way to compose when she mix different techniques (aqurelle-collage). (Well, it's not really new thinking to mix techniques, but her way to mix them, her personal style is). She manage to re-create the garments on paper so good even though her art is a little abstract. Which I like a lot. She captures the feeling over each style. It's dramatic, surrealistic, mysterious, modern and so interesting!

Liselotte Watkins is another Swedish Fashion Illustrator that i adore.

Dangerously black

Black short jacket, in fake leather. With paded shoulders. Gold buttons and military details. Under that I have a thin white shirt, with 2 big pockets on the front. To make a nice siluette, I have marked the waist with a belt over the shirt. I have matched this with a pair of fake leggings, in fake leather as well. (I'm so into leggings right now!) To that, a pair of black high heeled shoes with rounded toe. I'm ready to go!

    

Aren't you ever gonna use your rings twice? - My boyfriend asked me. Haha. Love rings. Here is a new one.
